LATAM immigrants → United States · one Paid plan
Official USCIS I-9, visa supporting docs, offer, POA, constancia, cobro — plus the official links where each file goes. We save the whole packet on Paid so you can open it again when a landlord, employer, or filer asks. Vault is until the next April 15 or 13 months. We don't file I-129 or DS-160 and we don't run E-Verify.
Not three products. One $10/month plan: the playbook, the official send-to links, and a vault you can reopen.
Step-by-step: offer, I-9, visa extras, constancia, cobro. We don't file the petition — we tell you who does.
USCIS I-9, CEAC / DS-160, travel.state.gov, IRS W-9. Always open, even before you pay. We don't upload for you.
Reopen I-9, offer, constancia from the dashboard whenever they ask. Paid keeps PDFs until the next April 15 or 13 months. Free deletes them in 9 days.
The $10/month plan is the whole immigrant package — same plan as cobro and the constancia, not a separate fee.
The playbook and official links stay readable without paying. Signing the official I-9 or an offer once is still free. Free files disappear after 9 days — that is why using the package is Paid.
All of this on one page. We sign I-9. We don't inspect work-authorization documents, run E-Verify, or file I-129 / DS-160.
Step 1
If they emailed you a link, open it — no account. If you are hiring someone who just arrived, send the free offer letter or employment agreement.

USCIS Form I-9 (Edition 01/20/25) — the real form, not a substitute. Employee signs Section 1, employer signs Section 2. We don't inspect List A/B/C documents and we don't run E-Verify. Anyone with the link can sign as the name on it. See /trust.

Offer letter, employment agreement, power of attorney, reference letter, child travel consent, lease. We don't file I-129, DS-160, or I-864 and we don't invent those forms.

A Houston or Miami application asks for proof of income. This is a dated index of files you already completed here — not a W-2. If you still collect from MX/CO, paste Mercado Pago or PayPal on cobro.

Then use the IRS W-9 kit. We do not publish a W-8BEN and we do not file ITIN. Ask a tax advisor which one you are.

Step 1
Send it through Docracy to the employer or the hire. They keep the signed PDF. Not a visa petition.
Docracy does not: We don't send this to USCIS. The employer keeps the PDF.
Step 2
Do not mail Form I-9 to USCIS. The employer retains it. We sign Sections 1 and 2. They still inspect List A/B/C documents. E-Verify is their account, not ours.
Docracy does not: Inspect List A/B/C or run E-Verify. The employer retains the form — do not mail it to USCIS.
Step 3
If the employer uses E-Verify, they enroll at e-verify.gov after they inspect List A/B/C. Signing Section 1 or 2 here does not create a case.
Docracy does not: Enroll the employer or create an E-Verify case.
Step 1
Offer, employment, POA, reference, child travel, lease. Sign them here, then attach the signed PDFs to whatever your attorney or consulate already asked for. We do not file I-129 or I-864.
Docracy does not: File I-129, I-130, I-485, I-864, or a consular packet.
Step 2
If they told you to complete DS-160, that is CEAC. We do not invent or submit that form. Sign supporting letters here, then upload them where CEAC or the consulate says.
Docracy does not: Invent or submit DS-160. You upload on CEAC.
Step 3
Finish DS-160 on CEAC, then book on ais.usvisa-info.com (or the contractor State lists for your country). We do not buy or reschedule the slot. We sign the offer and supporting PDFs.
Docracy does not: Buy, hold, or reschedule a consular slot.
Step 4
Form I-765 is the work-permit application. TPS is I-821 on the USCIS TPS page — designations change. Signing an I-9 here is not work authorization. We do not file I-765 or I-821.
Docracy does not: File I-765, I-821, or grant TPS / work authorization.
Step 5
I-129, I-485, I-864 and the rest stay with Boundless, CitizenPath, a gestoría, or an attorney. We only sign the extras they asked you to attach.
Docracy does not: File a petition. Boundless, a lawyer, or you use myaccount.uscis.gov.
Step 6
E-COA and most case mail live in myaccount.uscis.gov. We cannot open or recover that account.
Docracy does not: Open or recover a USCIS online account.
Step 1
Employers and schools ask for the admission record. Retrieve it on CBP's site. We do not host I-94 and we do not fix travel history.
Docracy does not: Retrieve or host the admission record. That is CBP.
Step 2
USCIS.gov/addresschange — usually through the online account. A paper AR-11 is the fallback. Changing USPS mail is not enough. We do not file AR-11.
Docracy does not: File AR-11. Use uscis.gov/addresschange — usually the online account.
Step 3
A job often asks for a Social Security number after you arrive. Apply on SSA.gov. We do not file SS-5 and we do not issue numbers.
Docracy does not: File SS-5 or issue a Social Security number.
Step 4
Form W-7 is on IRS.gov. Mail it or use a TAC / CAA. An ITIN is not work authorization. We do not invent W-7 and we do not ship W-8BEN.
Docracy does not: Prepare or mail W-7. We don't invent that form or ship W-8BEN.
Step 5
Most banks want a US number first. We do not sell eSIMs or open accounts. CFPB explains what banks often ask (photo ID + SSN or ITIN). The landlord still wants a constancia from us.
Docracy does not: Sell a SIM / eSIM or open a bank account.
Step 6
The payer keeps the W-9 for 1099s. Official IRS form. We do not ship a W-8BEN. Ask a tax advisor which one you are.
Docracy does not: Decide if you are a US person, or invent a W-8BEN.
Step 1
Birth certificates, degrees, and powers of attorney often need an apostille before a US school, employer, or consulate accepts them. That is SRE (Mexico), Cancillería (Colombia), or your foreign ministry — not us. We can sign the POA here first.
Docracy does not: Stamp, courier, or legalize. That is SRE, Cancillería, MINJUS, or your foreign ministry.
Step 2
Mexico: miregistrocivil.gob.mx (new actas since 1 Aug 2025), then SRE apostille. Other countries: your civil registry, then that corridor’s .gob. We do not issue or stamp actas.
Docracy does not: Issue a birth or marriage certificate, or apostille it.
Step 3
Family or a lawyer still in LATAM may need a signed POA. Sign it here. If they need it apostilled, that is your origin country — see the row above.
Docracy does not: Apostille the power of attorney. Sign it here; stamp it at origin.
Step 4
One parent stays behind; the other flies with the child. Sign the consent here. We do not book tickets or talk to CBP.
Docracy does not: Book tickets or talk to CBP about the child.
Step 5
Sign the lease or roommate agreement here, then attach the constancia URL if they asked for proof of income. Not a SAT CSF and not a W-2.
Docracy does not: Notarize the lease or guarantee the landlord accepts the constancia.
Pick the country you left. The link is that government's page — not us. Cuba is legalization at MINJUS, not an Apostille.
Step 1
Copy the Paid URL and paste it in the Houston / Miami / NYC application. Not a W-2 and not a SAT CSF. Some landlords still want a bank statement.
Docracy does not: Issue a W-2 or a SAT CSF. This is a Docracy index URL.
Step 2
If you still collect from MX/CO/US, send cobro with your Mercado Pago or PayPal. They open the file and pay on your checkout. Docracy never takes the money.
Docracy does not: Take the money or stamp CFDI / DIAN. Paste your Mercado Pago or PayPal.
They file or prepare. Boundless and CitizenPath bill in USD ($699–$2,549 / $79–$279 + USCIS). MX gestorías: honorarios in MXN (~$900–$3,800) + $185 USD State. Our Paid plan is USD $10; cobro you label MXN/COP/USD.
vs Boundless · vs CitizenPath · vs gestoría de visa · Boundless vs CitizenPath
Same $10/month USD subscription. The LATAM package is included. Country pages add the official apostille link for that origin — we still do not apostille or file.

Official I-9 and W-9, plus the supporting docs a visa or landlord packet usually asks for.
Hiring someone still abroad? Use the LATAM hire kit, not this page.
Yes — we sign the official USCIS Form I-9. We do not inspect identity or work-authorization documents, and we do not run E-Verify. Signing is SES: anyone with the link can sign as the name on it. See /trust.
We sign the supporting packet: offer letter, employment agreement, I-9, power of attorney, reference letter, child travel consent, lease. We do not file I-129, DS-160, or I-864 and we do not invent those forms.
Some will, some will still want a bank statement. It is an honest index of contracts and cobros you already sent here — not a certified letter and not a W-2.
No. We do not invent IRS forms. If you are a US person for tax, use the W-9 kit. If you are not, talk to a tax advisor — we will not ship a fake W-8BEN.
Yes — on Paid. Paste the checkout you already have. Docracy never takes the money and does not stamp CFDI or a DIAN invoice.
To read the playbook and official links, no. To send, keep files, share a constancia, or send cobro, yes — $10/month. That is the all-in-one plan. Free signing deletes PDFs after 9 days.
No. Those file or prepare USCIS/State petitions and charge hundreds to thousands. We sign the supporting packet, save it, and tell you where to send each file. Compare: /boundless-alternative, /citizenpath-alternative, /visa-service-alternative.
Yes on Paid. We keep the whole packet — I-9, offer, visa extras, constancia, cobro — and you reopen any file from the dashboard when someone asks. The vault is until the next April 15 or 13 months, whichever is later. Free accounts lose the PDF after 9 days.
