FAQ

Does Docracy replace Boundless or CitizenPath?

No. They file or prepare USCIS/State petitions. We sign the supporting packet (official I-9, offer, POA, reference, lease), save it so you can reopen it, and tell you where each file goes. Use them to file. Use us for the $10 extras around the filing.

Do you file DS-160 or I-129?

No. DS-160 is CEAC. I-129 and family petitions stay with Boundless, CitizenPath, a gestoría, or an attorney. We do not invent those forms.

Why is Docracy $10/month instead of hundreds?

Different job. They charge for preparing or filing a case. Paid is one plan: playbook, official links, vault, signed extras, constancia, cobro. Check their sites for case fees — we will not invent a number.

Do you save my files so I can open them later?

Yes on Paid. The whole packet stays in the dashboard until the next April 15 or 13 months, whichever is later. Free signing deletes PDFs after 9 days. That is why the immigrant package is the Paid plan.

What currency do Boundless and CitizenPath charge?

USD. Boundless checkout lists priceCurrency USD. CitizenPath is the same. USCIS/State fees are USD. A MX/CO card still settles in dollars (FX + possible foreign-transaction fee). Gestoría honorarios are usually MXN or COP; the $185 State MRV is still USD. Docracy Paid is USD $10 on Stripe. Cobro amounts you label MXN/COP/USD go to your checkout, not us.
