Kita stamps the invoice. Docracy sends the file and your checkout.

Paste Mercado Pago or PayPal, attach the PDF, text the pay page. We never take the money and we do not timbrar CFDI.

The problem

Kita is a strong Mexico product: WhatsApp in, Mercado Pago charge, CFDI 4.0 out. That is the wrong stack if you already have a checkout and you need a signed contract plus a page the client can pay — not a PAC, CSD, or timbre balance.

The Docracy way

Docracy cobro is file + your https checkout. Signing stays a separate free product. Paid ($10/month) keeps the PDF through tax season and unlocks WhatsApp cobro, constancia, and the accountant CSV. We are not Kita and we do not claim SAT invoicing.

How Docracy compares

  • 0% of the payment — you paste Mercado Pago, PayPal.me, or Stripe
  • No CFDI, no PAC, no CSD — honest limit, written on the page
  • Optional signature first (free ≤2), then cobro without a second sign
  • Tax-year vault + CSV for your accountant; constancia you can forward
  • Currencies labeled USD, MXN, COP, ARS, CLP, PEN, BRL
  • WhatsApp uses the live invite — not a new Meta template
  • Kita is better if you need autofactura CFDI after every charge

FAQ

Is Docracy a Kita alternative for CFDI?

No. Kita stamps CFDI 4.0 through a PAC. Docracy never does that. Use Kita (or Alegra) when the client needs a SAT invoice. Use Docracy when they need a signed PDF and a pay link you already own.

Do you take a cut like a payment app?

No. Paid is $10/month. Mercado Pago or PayPal still charge their own processor fees — that is not us.

Can I sign and then collect?

Yes. Send the contract from Prepare (free up to two signers). After it is signed, send cobro with the same checkout you already use.
