We remember your last checkout URL after you send. The PDF is not saved until you send.
Need email or WhatsApp (or both). Amount like 150 or 150.00. Docracy does not take this money.
FAQ
Do they have to sign first?
Not by default — Cobro is pay + file. If you do want a signature first, check "Have them sign it first" on the send form to add a field-placement step before delivery, with the same payment link attached once they finish.
Does Docracy take a cut?
No. You paste your own https checkout. The $10/month plan is how Docracy is paid, not a percentage of yours.
Is this a CFDI or SAT invoice?
No. We are not a PAC. Kita and Alegra stamp CFDI. You attach the PDF you already have and paste your own checkout.
Will you ping them again?
Yes, about every 30 days until the file expires or you mark the cobro paid, plus a manual send-again from your account.
Is cobro free?
No. Paid only, same as payment links on signed documents.
Do you take a cut of Mercado Pago?
No. $10/month is how you pay Docracy. Mercado Pago still charges its own processor fee.
