Sign the I-9. We don't inspect the documents.

The official USCIS Form I-9 is already in the catalog. Employee signs Section 1. Employer signs Section 2. Free for two parties. Spanish: /es/formulario-i-9.

The problem

A new hire's first day needs an I-9. Most e-sign tools hide the form or pretend signing equals work authorization. It doesn't.

The Docracy way

Start from the official USCIS PDF. Place the two signatures we already mapped. Honest limit: we do not examine List A/B/C documents, we do not run E-Verify, and SES means anyone with the link can sign as the name on it. See /trust.

Use cases

  • US employers onboarding someone who just arrived from LATAM
  • Staffing / recruiting sending I-9 the same day as the offer
  • Immigrants who were emailed an I-9 to sign

FAQ

Does signing I-9 on Docracy authorize someone to work?

No. The form records attestations. The employer still reviews identity and work-authorization documents. We do not run E-Verify.

Is this the real USCIS form?

Do you verify identity?

No. SES: anyone with the signing link can sign as the name on it. Details on /trust.
