The Marketplace just grew by 10 templates, bringing the total to 97 — all free, all reviewed, no account needed to use them. Here's what's new:
These five cover the paperwork that tends to get skipped when a freelance project moves fast — a wedding photographer booking a date six months out, a designer starting a website revamp on a rough scope, a product shoot that needs a model release signed before anyone picks up a camera. Having a ready structure for scope, revisions, and rights up front means fewer disputes later about what was actually agreed to.
This second group is less about creative work and more about routine business housekeeping: proving a user actually agreed to your Terms rather than just having them posted on a page, getting a PIIA signed on someone's first day instead of chasing it down weeks later, or reaching for a short-form NDA when a full multi-page version is overkill for a first conversation with a prospective vendor.

Templates get added based on the gaps people keep running into — the documents that come up often enough to be worth a ready structure, but specific enough that a generic contract template doesn't quite fit. Web design and development agreements, for instance, need their own language around revision rounds and post-launch support that a generic services agreement doesn't cover. A model release needs a minor-consent path that most photography contracts skip entirely.
The process is the same regardless of which of the 10 you pick: open it from the Marketplace, fill in the specific names, dates, and terms for your situation, choose your signers, and send. Signers can be set up sequentially — useful for something like a PIIA that needs the employee to sign before HR countersigns — or in parallel if order doesn't matter. As with every template in the Marketplace, none of this requires either side to create an account.
If you've already drafted something useful, you can submit the blank version to the Marketplace directly from the editor — free, reviewed by a real person before it goes live.
No — using any of these templates to send a document for signature doesn't require an account on either side. An account only comes into play for extras like WhatsApp delivery or saving your own reusable templates, which sit on Docracy's paid or free-signup tiers rather than being required just to sign.
Yes — the Marketplace grows through both official additions and community submissions, and every one of them goes through the same human review before it's published.
