Submit a Template to the Docracy Marketplace

Already drafted an NDA, a lease, or an onboarding checklist? Share the blank version with everyone — free, no account needed. Every submission is reviewed by a real person before it goes live.

Why share a template

Someone else has the same problem

You already solved the annoying part — figuring out what a good vendor agreement or roommate agreement should say. Sharing it saves the next person that work.

It takes about two minutes

You're already preparing the document in Docracy. Submitting it is one extra step in the same editor — no separate form, no new account.

It's free, both ways

Submitting costs nothing, and using someone else's shared template costs nothing. No paid plan required on either side.

How submitting works

Prepare your document

Upload the document like you normally would in Docracy, and place the signature and date fields.

Click "Submit to Marketplace"

Right in the editor, below the signing setup — give it a short title and pick the closest category.

A real person reviews it

Nothing publishes automatically. Our team checks every submission for appropriateness before it appears in the Marketplace.

It's live, credited to the community

Once approved, it shows up in the Marketplace with a "Community" badge, free for anyone to use.

Common questions

Do I need an account to submit a template?

No. Anyone can submit a template, signed in or not — the same as using one. If you do have a paid account, submissions are just attributed to your workspace.

Is submitting really free?

Yes, completely — no paid plan is required to submit a template, and none is required to use one either.

What happens after I submit?

Your submission goes into a review queue. Our team checks it for appropriateness, then either publishes it to the Marketplace with a "Community" badge or lets you know if it needs changes.

Can I submit more than one template?

Yes — submit as many as you like. Each one goes through the same review process before publishing.

Who can see my document before it's approved?

Only Docracy's review team, until it's approved and published. It's never visible in the public Marketplace before that.

Have something worth sharing? Submit it — free, in about two minutes.
